To convert your traditional SIM card into eSIM you can visit the nearest GP Experience Center with your eSIM supported device and fulfil the regular SIM purchase procedure or you can visit GP Online Shop and convert to eSIM by following steps:

QR Code Scanning Process
For APPLE Users
- Go to Settings
- Tap either Cellular or Mobile Data
- Add Data Plan
- Scan QR code (Ensure phone is connected to mobile data/Wi-Fi while scanning)
- Follow step-by-step process
Your mobile plan will be downloaded and activated on your eSIM
For SAMSUNG Users
- Go to Settings > Connections > SIM card manager
- Tap Add mobile plan
- Tap Add using QR code
- Scan the QR code (Ensure phone is connected to mobile data/Wi-Fi while scanning)
- Follow step-by-step process
Your mobile plan will be downloaded and activated on your eSIM
Important Points to Remember
- The QR code is unique and can be used maximum twice in one year. Once scanned, please ensure you complete the process of adding the Carrier
- Customer should not select "Delete" option from the eSIM settings as this will permanently delete the eSIM profile
- If a profile is deleted, customer needs to rescan the QR code and follow the previous process
- For both cases internet connectivity is required
